A leading UK law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its Trusts and Estates Administration team, based in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded department that provides specialist advice to individuals and companies on probate, trusts, and estates administration.
The role involves managing a broad caseload, including the administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates of varying complexity, as well as supporting and supervising paralegals within the team. The successful candidate will work to targets and service-level agreements within a supportive, high-performing environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in all areas of non-contentious probate, including wills, estates, tax, and trusts
- Experience supervising junior team members is advantageous
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent client care abilities
- STEP diploma is desirable but not essential
