We are recruiting for a Registered Service Manager for a charity we work with in Liverpool. We are looking for a candidate who can lead and develop a team of support workers. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, supervision, and performance management while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. You will be responsible for regulatory compliance in line with CQC regulations.
