Our Client is a boutique firm in Edgware who have seen tremendous growth throughout the past year. They are currently looking to expand their property team and bring on an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (NQ Solicitor to 2 years PQE) to manage or assist on a full and varied Residential Conveyancing caseload.

You would be responsible for:

  • Handling or assisting on all aspects of residential conveyancing in respect of both registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold properties
  • Preparing reports on title for both freehold and leasehold properties and advising clients on relevant legal documentation
  • Sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and equity releases
  • Drafting leases and agreements for lease
