Remote Working Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Support Worker with an understanding of Domestic Abuse to join our client on a part-time temporary contract for 3 months.

This is a remote working role for 25 hours per week and can be doing fully from home.

  • Some of the key duties include;
  • Ensure that men and women whose partners have been referred to the Perpetrator Service are contacted and offered support and information about their rights and other sources of support and advice.
  • Provide telephone support, advice, safety planning and referrals to other agencies, to the (ex/current) partners of the men and women on the Perpetrator Programme.
  • Provide advocacy on behalf of clients with external agencies where appropriate.
  • Liaise with partner agencies as appropriate, attending core group and case conferences as required.
  • Prepare reports for other agencies in line with the programme’s confidentiality policy
