A leading client in the pump industry is looking to add 3-4 Pump Engineers to their growing business. 80% of the work carried out by our client is in the London area, so anyone within the M25 can be suitable for this role with the relevant skill set. The client is looking to add a mixture of Junior and Senior Pump Engineers to the team which is why there is a broad range in salary. You must have valid Right to Work in the UK and not require sponsorship of any kind, as well as hold a valid British driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting installations, maintenance, and repairs of submersible pumps in domestic basements and light commercial properties.
  • Diagnosing pump issues and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers on pump operation and maintenance.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our service offerings.
  • Upholding the values and vision of our client in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Submersible Pump Engineer, with a strong track record of successful installations and repairs.
  • In-depth knowledge of submersible pump systems and associated equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within London as required.
