CRP Group are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Sprayer to join an automotive production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and spraying trailers and vehicle components using air-assisted paint spraying systems, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets the company\’s exacting standards.
This role operates within a fast-paced production environment and requires a right first time approach to deliver consistent results with minimal rework. Candidates must be proactive, safety-conscious, and quality-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and mask trailers and components to ensure surfaces are ready for paint application.
Apply paint using air-assisted spraying equipment in accordance with company standards.
Wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Ensure surfaces are finished to the required standard and meet quality control expectations.
Conduct visual and basic quality control checks on finished products.
Maintain a clean and tidy working area to ensure efficiency and safety.
Production & Process
Read and interpret production specifications and job cards to determine painting requirements.
Plan workload to optimise use of materials and reduce waste.
Follow all company operating procedures, guidelines, and timelines.
Ensure equipment and machinery are operated safely and correctly.
