About the role: Asian Resource Centre of Croydon was established in 1999 as a charitable organisation with a view of bringing together Asian Communities and Businesses. The role will lead the domestic abuse and safeguarding elements of the Anchor and Bloom Project, supporting survivors accessing the programme while ensuring safe identification and referral for women who may still be experiencing active harm. The postholder will provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed support, oversee risk assessment where needed, and coordinate appropriate pathways into specialist services alongside recovery-based activities.
