We are SureCare, a family-run Domiciliary Care Service looking for female carers in Croydon and the surrounding areas, including SW16 & SE25. We provide a range of care and support services for our mainly elderly clients to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
We are seeking to recruit great new female care workers; people with the right values and attitude to work in our Domiciliary Care Service. Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to match our own. You do not need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started - we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker.
There are a range of different shift patterns available to fit in with other commitments you may already have. The only requirement is that you are able to work every other weekend. We provide full training and send you out with experienced carers to fully see what the job entails.
Above all, we want someone that:
- Has a commitment to provide high quality of care and being the best they can.
- Can provide excellent care and support to all our clients.
- Can show dignity and respect to the people that they will be working with.
- Can work well together as part of our growing team.
The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our clients are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. Duties may include supporting with personal care, toileting, and medication. We can also provide practical support with meal preparation, cleaning, shopping, and laundry.
