Croydon High School is seeking an outstanding and inspirational Flute Teacher to join our thriving Music Department.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver weekly 30-minute one-to-one lessons to pupils across the Junior and Senior Schools (Years 2-13), teaching from beginner level through to diploma standard.
  • Coach ensembles, support orchestral rehearsals, prepare pupils for ABRSM examinations and contribute to concerts and performances.

Qualifications

  • Highly skilled musician, qualified to degree or diploma level in Music, capable of performing and teaching to a high standard.
  • Organised, personable and inspiring, able to teach across a wide age and ability range and committed to safeguarding and professional excellence.
  • Must be registered as self-employed and hold (or be willing to obtain) a DBS Update Service subscription.
