About the Role
The successful candidate will work with the Principal Cardiac Physiologist to deliver Cardiac Physiology Services across Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. Their main responsibilities include:
- Conducting non‑invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures.
- Performing Ambulatory ECG analysis.
- Providing clinical support across the community diagnostic centre, Croydon University Hospital and Purley War Memorial Hospital.
- Assisting with the pacemaker, ICD and CRT implant and follow‑up service.
- Taking on designated managerial and educational responsibilities as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience working in a Cardiology department.
- Specialist knowledge in Ambulatory ECG analysis and other non‑invasive cardiac diagnostic testing.
- Knowledge of the British Society of Echocardiography or British Heart Rhythm Society accreditation beneficial; training available.
