We are looking for a motivated Occupational Therapist. We offer four monthly rotations across acute and community settings, including Stroke. Our friendly and supportive department provides excellent opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge within a sound framework of regular appraisal and CPD including IST. This post offers excellent scope for professional development. If you are looking for new challenges and to further your skills, this could be the post for you—to develop skills and knowledge and gain experience through participation in the Band 5 rotation programme.
Responsibilities:
- To manage a defined caseload, using evidence based / client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions in hospital and community settings, working across all specialties at Croydon NHS, which may include Elderly Care, Surgical, Orthopedics, Neuro / Stroke Unit, Medical, cardiology, Community services and reablement.
- To maintain clinical records in line with Trust and COT standards.
- Actively participate in MDT.
