The post holder will support the Antenatal, Maternity and Neonatal Unit in the effective management of the staff roster. Delegated duties will include general daily administrative support for the ward clerks and close liaison with departmental area leads to ensure operational efficiency.
An exciting opportunity has come up in the Integrated Women’s, Children’s and Sexual Health Directorate. The post holder will be responsible for the management of the administrative teams. The post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients’ pathway of care.
The post holder will ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer focused and knowledgeable point of contact. To provide a consistent approach across the Trust, using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that functions of the role are carried out correctly within given timescales.
