An exciting new opportunity to join the Applications Support Team in Digital Services as a Junior Applications Specialist. You will be responsible for day-to-day support of a variety of the Trust's systems as well as administration, configuration and testing of new work streams and change requests. It is a junior role supporting our B7 Applications Specialist and B7 Testing Manager. Previous IT experience essential with good understanding of ITIL Service Management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents and change requests on the Trust's incident management system (Freshservice) for all applications we support and provide a consistent approach across the Trust, using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that functions of the role are carried out correctly within given timescales.
- Understand the systems, offer potential solutions to problems and support a team of skilled application specialists, ensuring that all requests, customer issues and technical problems are managed within agreed SLAs.
- Undertake advanced maintenance, administration and configuration of the Trust's clinical systems and e-RS.
- Support the expansion and upgrading of the applications as well as supporting new systems in both Project stage and BAU.
- Problem and Change Management.
