Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a Band 8a nurse/midwife leader to drive the Nursing and Midwifery Role Review Programme across Bands 4–9. You will work with the Job Evaluation Lead and programme administration to design, govern and deliver the Trust-wide review of roles.
The postholder will lead professional workstreams, ensure accurate role design and evidence aligns with national guidance, and collaborate with HR, Staff Side, Finance and Nursing leaders. Interviews: tbc.
