Role Overview: CRT Administrator (Band 3) – 0.45 WTE (17 hours a week). An exciting opportunity to join the Croydon Respiratory Team (CRT) focusing on Nurse‑led Asthma Clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for all administrative matters related to the post‑discharge asthma patient pathway.
- Manage referrals, schedule appointments and coordinate assessments and rehabilitation sessions.
- Ensure diagnostics are available for clinicians prior to appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage communications with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team.
- Coordinate appointments, assessments and rehabilitation sessions to deliver a seamless, patient‑centred experience.
- Handle all aspects of the pathway efficiently and professionally in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide cross‑cover to all other CRT administrative duties when required.
