Assistant Patient Pathway Coordinator CDC - Band 3
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to develop their administrative skills and work within a busy team.
You will serve as the point of contact for all administrative issues related to patients\' pathways of care, working alongside consultants and administrative colleagues.
The post holder will be responsible for answering patient queries via telephone, email, and face-to-face, booking clinical appointments, ensuring capacity is used appropriately, problem-solving, managing RTT, and liaising with clinicians.

The post holder will support the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the entire process runs smoothly as part of a multi-disciplinary Point of Delivery team (POD).
High levels of patient and clinician satisfaction will be maintained through accessible, customer-focused, and knowledgeable support, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent role execution and timescales.
