An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Allied Health Professional to join Croydon Health Services as a Band 7 AHP Workforce Lead. This is FTC for a year where the postholder will lead the delivery of the Trust’s AHP Strategy, with a clear focus on building workforce capacity, strengthening structures, and implementing priority workforce initiatives across acute and community services.
This includes supporting workforce planning, career pathways, new roles, and sustainable workforce models for all AHP professions. The role will work closely with the Associate Director for AHPs and the Professional Leads for AHPs, providing dedicated leadership to support recruitment, retention, development and future workforce sustainability.
