We are seeking an Executive Head Teacher who will embrace and strengthen this ethos across both schools. Much of your time will be spent at Christ Church C of E Primary School, a voluntary-aided, two-form-entry Church of England primary school, where you will serve as Head Teacher. You will additionally provide strategic leadership and management to Purley Nursery School, a state-maintained nursery with a strong reputation for outstanding early years education.
Our children are diverse, make excellent progress and love coming to school. They benefit from the high standards of education and care provided by committed, capable and hardworking staff. We are looking for a leader who will champion our values, develop our teams, and continue to secure the best possible outcomes for every child.
Both schools are firmly rooted in the communities they serve, strengthened by close links with the vibrant parish church situated just across the road, and supported by engaged governors and parents. We seek someone who will nurture these relationships and build on the strong foundations already in place.
