We are looking for a passionate and committed Youth and Community Worker to join our Outreach Team at Croydon Drop In (CDI). This role involves working directly with children, young people and families across Croydon in community and educational settings, building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality outreach, health education and emotional wellbeing support.

You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies, including schools and statutory services, to respond to local needs and support diverse and vulnerable young people. If you’re empathetic, confident working face-to-face in the community, and driven to make a positive difference in young people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.

Must have manual driver’s license.
