This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Property Lawyer to play a key strategic role in the successful delivery of quality legal services to the Council.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a varied and intellectually challenging caseload.
- Learn and work across all areas of Property, Planning, and Local Government Law, including managing high-value and complex matters.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive (CILEX).
- Significant experience in Property, Planning & Local Government Law.
- Experience in local government preferred, but private-sector experience working with the local-government sector is also welcome.
- Proven track record of building and sustaining effective relationships with directorates and senior leadership.
