Location: Croydon
The Extra Care Housing service requires driven and confident individuals to support the delivery of a CQC registered care and support service to tenants residing in the extra care housing scheme. This role will serve as direct support to the registered manager and will have a key focus on the person centred delivery of care and support, within the constraints of agreed care plans, and to support the best outcomes through partnership working across adult social care and health. The role will offer a combination of front-line hands-on care & support delivery, and office based administration to support the evidence based model of working.
About You
- Good working knowledge of a CQC registered service
- Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations relevant to this role
- Ability to prioritise own workload in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines
- Experience of team leadership
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office Tools and online resources
- Must hold a L3 In Adult Social Care
Special considerations
The post holder will be required to work regular scheduled shifts to include early morning, evening and alternate weekend working hours.
