Resident Involvement Officer
Help shape the future of housing services in Croydon.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with residents, communities and colleagues to ensure residents are at the heart of everything we do.
From organising community events and estate walkabouts to supporting resident panels, consultations and neighbourhood initiatives, you'll play a key role in improving housing services and strengthening communities.
No two days are the same.
One day you may be delivering a neighbourhood roadshow, the next facilitating a resident panel, supporting a service review, analysing consultation feedback or working alongside housing colleagues to improve services based on resident insight.
You'll help ensure residents from all backgrounds have opportunities to influence decisions, particularly those whose voices are less often heard.
Working closely with teams across Housing, you'll help embed resident involvement into everyday service delivery and ensure residents can clearly see how their feedback has influenced change.
The role involves regular evening meetings, occasional weekend events and travel across the borough.
