Are you an experienced leasehold professional looking for an opportunity to lead, influence and drive service improvement within one of London's largest housing services?

We are seeking an outstanding Leasehold Manager to lead our Leasehold and Home Ownership Service. Reporting to the Head of Income, Welfare and Leasehold Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a specialist team delivering leasehold services, service charge administration, major works billing, income recovery and Right to Buy services.

This is a key leadership role with responsibility for ensuring compliance with complex leasehold legislation, supporting excellent customer outcomes, managing financial performance and driving continuous service improvement. You will oversee the administration and recovery of service charges, ground rent, insurance and major works costs, whilst ensuring residents receive a responsive, professional and customer-focused service.

We are looking for someone with substantial experience of leasehold management, home ownership services and Right to Buy, together with a strong understanding of current housing legislation, service charge processes and income recovery. You will be an effective leader, capable of motivating teams, managing performance, developing relationships with key stakeholders and leading change in a complex environment.
