About The Role

Croydon’s Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Service – FJS plays a key role in delivering a robust and coordinated approach to tackling violence against women and girls (VAWG). We are seeking an Information Monitoring and Data Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will support the effective coordination of Multi‑Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) and contribute to the provision of high‑quality data to both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate, analyse, and report on a range of data, including performance metrics and benchmarking against national and local datasets
  • Support managers and frontline staff with data collection and analysis to inform service delivery and development
  • Work closely with the Intelligence and Performance Manager within the Violence Reduction Network
  • Coordinate all aspects of partnership panels, including:
    • MARAC meetings
    • Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Panels
    • Transitional Safeguarding Panels
  • Take accurate minutes and monitor actions arising from multi‑agency meetings
