Overview
Croydon's Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Service (FJS) delivers a robust approach to tackling violence against women and girls. FJS has one permanent full-time IDVA vacancy based at the FJS and working across the community.
Responsibilities
- Assess victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence and manage a MARAC case load.
- Work across partnerships to manage risk and collaborate with both internal and external services.
- Represent the local authority in VAWG sectors.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage complex partnership working with a range of partners, including VCS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in database usage (such as Word, Excel) and data interpretation.
- Capacity to plan and manage work under pressure and apply prioritisation across different areas.
