Overview
In this role you support the educational outcomes of children and young people by delivering statutory educational psychology services within Croydon Council. You will work with schools, local teams and agencies to shape plans and interventions, contributing to a trusted, high-performing service. The role offers excellent CPD, supervision and induction, with a collaborative team culture and strong community impact. Responsibilities
- Deliver statutory educational psychology work on behalf of Croydon Council
- Collaborate with schools and local agencies to allocate time and expertise
- Contribute to service delivery through partnership with local teams
- Support and supervision within the team; participate in induction and CPD activities
- Engage with head teachers and other agencies to maintain strong relationships
- Support safeguarding and welfare initiatives for children and vulnerable adults
Key requirements
- Honours degree in Psychology (BPS recognised)
- Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology
