We are looking for a number of proactive and reliable Neighbourhood Caretakers to deliver caretaking, cleaning, and minor repair services on our estates. You\’ll be a visible presence in the community, ensuring that communal areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents.

About The Role

• Carry out caretaking and cleaning duties across estates.
• Report repairs issues promptly.
• Monitor standards and ensure communal areas are safe.
• Support the enforcement of tenancy conditions where needed.

About You

• Experience in caretaking, cleaning, or a similar service role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Awareness of health and safety at work.
