About the Role
We are looking for people who have an interest in customer service and for working as part of a team. You will be delivering library services directly to our customers, supporting activities and events and assisting customers with accessing our digital offer. Promotion of all services to a wide range of customers is also a key part of the role.
You will need to be:
- Interested in customer service with good communication skills
- Enthusiastic in your approach to engagement with customers of all ages
- Interested in libraries and serving Croydon’s diverse communities
- A team worker
