Overview

Croydons Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Service (FJS) delivers a robust approach to tackling violence against women and girls. FJS has one permanent full-time IDVA vacancy based at the FJS and working across the community.

Responsibilities

  • Assess victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence and manage a MARAC case load.
  • Work across partnerships to manage risk and collaborate with both internal and external services.
  • Represent the local authority in VAWG sectors.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage complex partnership working with a range of partners, including VCS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in database usage (such as Word, Excel) and data interpretation.
  • Capacity to plan and manage work under pressure and apply prioritisation across different areas.

Additional Information

The role requires working in a high-pressure service area and collaborating with FJS and the Violence Reduction Network.
