Are you looking for a new opportunity to use your skills within HR and change management in a new approach?
We are looking for a small team to work alongside our wider HR and OD team with a specific focus on supporting the HR and change management related activities for the organisation wide Target Operating Model changes.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues delivering the transformation programme across the council, providing clear advice, guidance, direction and delivery of HR related activities connected to the workforce elements of the programmes. You will need to be able to work at pace, in a changing landscape, ensuring HR processes are carried out in accordance with internal policies and procedures and best practice. Ensuring managers and staff are supported on the change journey to ensure benefits are realised.
HR Advisor £42,324 – £44,331 (Grade 10) Fixed Term 12 months
You will work as part of a wider HR transformation team, supporting the operational activity for the change management, undertaking a supportive role in delivering change, ensuring advice is provided, supporting 1-2-1 meetings and consultation processes and managing redeployment processes and exit processes as required.
