We are seeking a highly organised HR & Administrator to support the effective delivery of the school’s HR function. The role focuses on staff absence and attendance, safer recruitment, compliance, and accurate personnel records. Working closely with senior leaders and line managers, the post holder will maintain high-quality HR data, act as a first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring statutory and regulatory requirements are met.

  • Salary: Grade 4. Scale point 8 – 10 (£30,717 - £31,611 pro-rata)
  • Hours: 24-26 hours per week
  • Working pattern: Monday to Friday term-time plus 2 weeks; mornings from 8.00am Monday to Friday

Red Gate School provides education for children with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and autism aged 4 – 11 years.
