We are seeking an organised and proactive Hotspot Coordinator to support the delivery of community safety priorities across the borough. Working within a multi-agency environment, you will coordinate activity across hotspot locations, supporting partners both internal and external. You’ll play a key role in organising meetings, tracking action plans, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders to help make Croydon a Safer & Cleaner Borough. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will build strong working relationships, provide high-quality administrative support, and contribute to delivering the Community Safety Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activity across hotspot locations in a multi-agency environment

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a partnership or community safety environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Confident working with a range of stakeholders
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A flexible approach is required, including occasional evening work.

  • Salary range: Grade 11 £46,968 - £49,056 p.a. plus fantastic benefits
  • Contract: Fixed Term | Hours: 36 hours per week | Location: Croydon | Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term
