Croydon Council is seeking a Lettings Officer to join its Housing team in Croydon. The role starts at Grade 6 and offers progression to Grade 7 as lettings knowledge grows, with real lettings work from day one and support to develop tenancy and void processes.
You will coordinate sign-ups, explain tenancy terms, verify identity and be a primary contact for new tenants while collaborating with Allocations, Voids, Repairs, Income and Tenancy teams to progress vacancies.
