We are recruiting an experienced Improvement Manager to lead a team of Officers in delivering estate and environmental improvement projects. You'll work with residents, councillors, contractors, and internal services to raise standards and deliver high-quality outcomes.
About the role
- Lead a team responsible for developing and delivering a range of estate and environmental improvement projects.
- Plan and deliver estate and environmental improvement projects.
- Monitor contracts, budgets, and compliance.
- Drive service improvements and report on performance.
About you
- Experience of working in collaboration with residents to develop and deliver environmental improvement.
- Experience of managing complex projects using a range of project management techniques.
- Experience of leading housing or environmental projects.
- Strong contract management and budget monitoring skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Knowledge of housing services, compliance, and community engagement.
- Full driving licence.
- A trade NVQ 3 or equivalent experience.
