Croydon Educational Psychology Service is seeking full or part-time, permanent, suitably qualified and registered Educational Psychologists to join our team in September 2025 or much sooner, if possible. We welcome applications from either experienced psychologists or from third-year trainees.
We offer:
- Soulbury A scale points 3 – 8 starting point A5 (plus up to 3 SPA)
- Outer London Weighting
- Compulsory car allowance and paid parking
- A welcome payment of £4,000 (paid after 6 months, on completion of successful probation)
- A generous annual retention payment of £4,000

We are a committed and hardworking team who undertakes statutory work on behalf of Croydon Council and trades psychology time with local schools. We have a great reputation with our schools, who always want more of our time! We work in partnership with local teams and have excellent relationships with our local head teachers and other agencies. We are a vibrant team who like to be creative in our application of psychology.
You must have an honours degree in psychology, recognised by the British Psychological Society; a recognised postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
