Business Support Manager (Compliance)
Location: Croydon | Contract: Permanent | Hours: 36 hours per week | Salary: Β£50,085 β Β£52,194 per annum plus benefits.
About the role
Lead business support for housing compliance, ensuring compliance services run smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead a multi-skilled Business Support team, ensuring high performance, flexibility and customer focus.
Support the Head of Service in developing and implementing service standards, processes and performance indicators.
Develop, support and implement a suite of reports for the compliance team on a monthly basis.
Oversee business support budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
Promote innovation, service improvement and self-sufficiency across compliance.
Monitor performance, produce management information and take action to resolve service issues.
Lead on any complaints or enquiries that the Compliance team may receive.
Build and develop a high performing business support team.
Carry out regular one-to-ones and appraisals with team members.
Qualifications
Strong experience of leading and motivating business support or compliance teams.
Knowledge of establishing service standards, KPIs and delivering service improvement.
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
Confident in analysing complex information and providing advice to senior leaders.
Strong IT and data analysis skills, with the ability to drive efficiency and value for money.
