Croydon Council is seeking an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join the Social Care & Education Legal Team in Croydon. You will manage a varied caseload of childcare and public law matters, advise on care proceedings and the Public Law Outline, draft applications and orders, and conduct advocacy in the Family Court when required.
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with knowledge of the Children Act 1989 and strong drafting/negotiation skills.
