About The Role

  • Lead the PMO function across the Housing Capital Programme (£40m+ annual investment).
  • Design, monitor, and report on KPIs, milestones, financial performance, and compliance.
  • Provide insight and challenge to improve delivery and value for money.
  • Manage systems for programme monitoring, risk management, and reporting.
  • Support senior leaders with accurate data and analysis for decision‑making.
  • Lead and develop a small team, ensuring consistent programme management standards.

About You

  • Strong experience of programme or project management within housing, construction, or capital investment.
  • Excellent data analysis, performance management, and financial reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a PMO function and embed robust processes.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, able to work with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem‑solving approach with attention to detail.
