About The Role
- Lead the PMO function across the Housing Capital Programme (£40m+ annual investment).
- Design, monitor, and report on KPIs, milestones, financial performance, and compliance.
- Provide insight and challenge to improve delivery and value for money.
- Manage systems for programme monitoring, risk management, and reporting.
- Support senior leaders with accurate data and analysis for decision‑making.
- Lead and develop a small team, ensuring consistent programme management standards.

- Strong experience of programme or project management within housing, construction, or capital investment.
