An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our great college group as Teaching and Learning Development Practitioner (Teacher Training). The role will lead on the delivery of Initial Teacher Training Programmes and ongoing CPD for teachers and support staff.

For the successful candidate, you will have knowledge and experience of

  • developing and delivering initial teacher training at levels 3, 4 and 5
  • delivering IQA and Assessor qualifications
  • supporting trainees and newly qualified staff through robust mentoring systems.
