We are seeking a Service Desk Manager, responsible for managing the daily IT support operations across both campuses of the College, appropriately triaging/escalating helpdesk tickets. This role ensures that all students, academic staff, and business support functions receive high-quality technical support, while explicitly aligning operations with the Department for Education (DfE) Digital and Technology Standards and ITIL best practices.
