This exciting opportunity for a newly established post of Inclusive Education lead. The postholder will lead the College's strategic approach to inclusion through quality improvement, ensuring that every learner can access an ambitious curriculum and achieve highly, regardless of background, disadvantage or additional need. The post will be responsible for monitoring the experience and outcomes of learners to ensure access to inclusive curriculum and also working alongside curriculum leaders to improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment through evidence-informed adaptive teaching that removes barriers without lowering expectations or diluting curriculum intent.
Applicants should have recognised Teacher Status or a recognised teaching qualification and have a degree or relevant equivalent professional experience. Applicants should also have experience of successful teaching within further or secondary education, together with experience of teaching learning and assessment.
