Responsibilities
We are seeking an ESOL Administrator to join the ESOL area, contributing to ensuring learners receive an outstanding college experience. The ESOL department is an exceptional place to work, with staff working collaboratively to achieve the very best outcomes for our students. This role also offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to learners studying English as a second language. Main duties include:
- providing administrative support to the ESOL area
- offering information and advice to existing and potential students
Requirements
- Level 2 literacy and numeracy (or willingness to achieve)
- A qualification in Business Administration
- Significant experience of working in a busy environment
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to work collaboratively and establish effective working relationships
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Flexibility
