We are now seeking a Curriculum Team Manager β Creative Arts to lead and develop a dynamic curriculum area, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning and student outcomes. As Curriculum Team Manager, you will provide strong leadership and management to the Creative Arts team, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all students and driving continuous improvement across the curriculum. You will play a key role in shaping curriculum delivery, supporting staff development and ensuring students achieve their qualifications and progress successfully.
You will:
- Lead and manage a team of teaching staff, including recruitment, appraisal and development
- Drive high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across the curriculum
- Monitor performance and use data to improve student outcomes
- Manage staffing resources and ensure effective curriculum delivery
- Lead on quality assurance, including internal verification and compliance
- Support student recruitment, retention, achievement and progression
- Promote positive student behaviour, welfare and personal development
- Contribute to curriculum planning, innovation and growth
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the College to deliver strategic priorities
