Salary: £52,000 p.a. (consideration will be made for up to £5K Recruitment & Retention allowance, depending upon experience)

We are seeking to recruit a Curriculum Manager for our Building Services, Engineering & Construction teams. You will be responsible for the quality of curriculum delivery and development and be able to work strategically to motivate students and staff to achieve at the highest level. You will work collaboratively to ensure that the students have a high-quality learning experience, leading to excellent outcomes and progression.

You will also act as the lead internal verifier for the team and to ensure that internal verification of all awards offered by the team meets national, awarding body and College requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the Quality Framework is embedded to continually drive improvement.

You must have relevant experience of teaching within one or more of the curriculum areas, together with extensive knowledge of the curriculum areas and current developments. You will have a teaching qualification and Level 3 assessors award, with a L4 IQA award desirable. You must also have a minimum Level 3 related to the curriculum areas listed and considerable experience in your trade.

Candidates should also have knowledge and experience of quality improvement frameworks and successful experience of course leadership which has resulted in both quality improvement and growth. You should also have experience of managing teams, with the demonstrable experience of motivating staff to highly perform.
