Job Title: Art & Design Lecturer

School / Area: School of Creative Business & Service Industries

Salary: £34,354.53-£45,357.51 per annum depending upon experience. Pro‑rataed.

Hours: 21h per week, Wednesday to Friday

Basis: Part-time, permanent 52 weeks

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Lecturer in Art & Design to join our growing Creative Arts team. We are a thriving School of Art in the Centre of Croydon and have a track record of excellent provision. We work closely with the community and on many projects in and around Croydon.

Responsibilities

• Teach Art & Design, Fashion, and Photography as required.
• Instruct, plan, deliver and assess students.
• Contribute to the development of teaching materials and assessment methods.

Qualifications

• Ideally, candidates will have suitable qualifications to enable them to teach Art & Design; the post is open to both qualified teachers and industry skilled individuals who are looking to retrain in teaching.
