Salary: From Β£35,947.46 to Β£44,356.75, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Accounting and Business A level through a variety of learning strategies.
  • Use quality improvement frameworks and quality assurance processes.
  • Carry out formal observations of teaching and learning, ensuring a positive and impactful feedback process.
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication and coaching skills.
  • Manage delivery of A-level provision with successful outcomes for students and inspire students to take responsibility for performance and behaviours.

Qualifications:

  • Appropriate teaching qualification.
  • Relevant experience with a proven track record in delivering 16–19 curriculum.
  • Degree or other relevant professional qualification in History and Politics.
