Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Accounting and Business A level through a variety of learning strategies.
- Use quality improvement frameworks and quality assurance processes.
- Carry out formal observations of teaching and learning, ensuring a positive and impactful feedback process.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication and coaching skills.
- Manage delivery of A-level provision with successful outcomes for students and inspire students to take responsibility for performance and behaviours.
Qualifications:
- Appropriate teaching qualification.
- Relevant experience with a proven track record in delivering 16–19 curriculum.
- Degree or other relevant professional qualification in History and Politics.
