We are seeking a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to deliver high‑quality teaching across our Motor Vehicle programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality teaching using a range of effective learning strategies
  • Support students to achieve their potential through engaging lessons, assessment and feedback
  • Contribute to curriculum development to ensure programmes remain relevant and up to date
  • Mark and assess student work fairly and consistently, meeting awarding body requirements
  • Provide tutorial and pastoral support, including guidance on progression opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance and improvement processes
  • Work collaboratively as part of an enthusiastic and supportive team

Qualifications

  • A Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle (or equivalent)
  • Recent and relevant motor vehicle industry experience
  • Understanding of the motor vehicle curriculum and current industry developments
  • Strong communication, organisation and IT skills
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding, health & safety and data protection
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
  • A1 Assessor and/or Internal Verifier awards
