We are seeking a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to deliver high‑quality teaching across our Motor Vehicle programmes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality teaching using a range of effective learning strategies
- Support students to achieve their potential through engaging lessons, assessment and feedback
- Contribute to curriculum development to ensure programmes remain relevant and up to date
- Mark and assess student work fairly and consistently, meeting awarding body requirements
- Provide tutorial and pastoral support, including guidance on progression opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance and improvement processes
- Work collaboratively as part of an enthusiastic and supportive team
Qualifications
- A Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle (or equivalent)
- Recent and relevant motor vehicle industry experience
- Understanding of the motor vehicle curriculum and current industry developments
- Strong communication, organisation and IT skills
- Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding, health & safety and data protection
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
- A1 Assessor and/or Internal Verifier awards
