We are seeking a Wellbeing Co-ordinator to join our Safeguarding & Wellbeing Team, working across both Croydon and Coulsdon campuses. This vital role supports the mental health and wellbeing of our students, coordinating a range of support services and early interventions. The department is a supportive and committed team, working collaboratively to provide timely, compassionate, and effective support for students navigating challenges both inside and outside college life.

You will lead and co‑coordinate engaging and impactful activities in our Wellbeing Centres, deliver staff training on current safeguarding and mental health themes, and build strong links with external agencies to ensure our students can access the support they need. Your work will also involve delivering workshops, contributing to key college strategies such as the Mental Health Charter, and proactively analysing data to inform wellbeing initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience working with young people, ideally within education, youth work, social work or mental health services. You will have a sound knowledge of safeguarding, student wellbeing, and mental health, along with excellent communication and organisation skills. A Level 3 Safeguarding qualification and relevant experience in coordinating support services are essential.
