Responsibilities:
- Teach, assess, and tutor learners across a range of ages and levels.
- Deliver ESOL to unaccompanied asylum seekers, refugees and established migrants.
- Be willing and available to teach on some late afternoons and evenings.
- Maintain robust management systems and processes and ensure outstanding practice in safeguarding, equality and diversity, and health and safety.
Qualifications:
- A teaching qualification (DTTLS or equivalent) together with a relevant degree or higher‑level qualification.
- Relevant experience with this age group and excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to professional development.
- A CELTA or equivalent is desirable.
- Literacy and Numeracy at or above Level 2.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and other onboarding requirements.
