Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the ESOL area.
  • Offer information and advice to existing and potential students.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 literacy and numeracy or willingness to achieve.
  • Qualification in Business Administration.
  • Significant experience working in a busy environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and establish effective working relationships.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
